Change Sync Speed

Open Windows Mail

Right click on your account on the left side and select Account Settings

Click Change mailbox sync settings

To ensure mail mail arrives real time, change Download new content to "as items arrive"

Click Done

Change amount of email downloaded

Open Windows Mail

Right click on your account on the left side and select Account Settings

Click Change mailbox sync settings

Change Download email from to "any time"

Click Done
